We have no restrictions on what your domain name can be. Its entirely up to you, if its available then its yours!

Make sure you check it is still available in our Domain Availability checker on the right hand side of this page or on the OrderNow page..

Tip:  If your family name has already gone. Why not try "thexxxxfamily.co.uk" or "thexxxtribe.co.uk" or "thexxxclan.co.uk" or even your housename or street. Remember spaces and symbols aren't a good idea in website addresses.

Please note that if you want to have a domain that ends in a different extension to the ones our domain checker searches then there may be a small supplement charged. Please email us through the contact form to check before ordering.

What is a personalised email address?

Most free email addresses contain your ISP or email provider's name as part of the address e.g. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , which makes it long and hard to remember. What's worse is if you have quite a common name you often find that yourname is already being used by someone else, this means you have to come up with something impersonal or convoluted.

The great thing about a personalised email address is that you get to tailor the whole address, both before and after the @ symbol.

You get to choose the name  of your domain which becomes the bit after the at symbol eg @yourdomain.co.uk

and then  you and your family get to decide all your own prefixes, so provided there arent two Jill's in your family there should be no squabbling!

What's more you get to access the webmail platform Horde which in addition to allowing users to read, send and organise email messages you can also manage and share calendars, contacts, tasks and note. If you prefer downloading your emails to your pc through an application like Microsoft Outlook that is also possible. Or if you are in love with a different webmail platform you can always set up a mail forwarding client.
